Founded in September 2011 and achieving public status in November 2018, Kasumigaseki Capital has its headquarters in the heart of Tokyo’s Chiyoda Ward at 3-2-1 Kasumigaseki. Since its establishment in Dubai, UAE, in December 2022, Kasumigaseki Middle East has embarked on an ambitious journey to expand our innovative business model into the Middle Eastern region, aiming to create unparalleled investment opportunities. What We Do A Unique Business Model Created by Real Estate and Finance Professionals While our company name may not immediately convey what we do, we are involved in a variety of fields such buying and selling of Real Estate properties, Restaurant and our upcoming plans for hotel projects aimed at regional revitalization and logistics facility development that supports eco-friendly operations. Up to this point, we operate like a typical real estate company. However, we propose and sell these projects to Investors and also act as project managers or fund managers.
