Our role is to ensure the value for money to our Clients by providing an efficient and robust Cost Management services for the projects right from the Inception stage to the final Completion and Contract close out stages. Our Services: Our role is to ensure the value for money to our Client by providing an efficient Pre and Post Contract Cost Management Service by robustly employing a systematic approach in implementing the process and procedures in compliance with Project requirements. The scope of services undertaken by KAT Project Consultants are envisaged to include the following: Developing project Cost plans during the project Design stages followed by Bill Of Quantities upon Finalisation of the Design Documents. Provide the services for efficient procurement of Various Construction and Consultancy Service Packages including Bid Evaluation, Value Engineering etc in coordination with the Project team. Contract Administration Services during the Post Contract phase through out the final close out. Services for for managing Claims and Disputes as and when necessary during the Contract Phase or later as appropriate. Assistance in Auditing of Projects expenditure.
