One of its most popular properties in Gatineau, Le Village Riviera, will be expanded by 85 units with phase V, is underway. The second phase of its most recent construction, The District, will start construction spring 2018, with 2 phases of 130 new units. Finally, the flagship of the company, Le Château de l'Île, will also be entitled to a second phase of 110 units in 2018. As for the year 2020, Manoir Pierrefonds will shine with the construction of it's second phase of approximately 100 units. In Ottawa, Katasa will lead two projects. The first, 770 Somerset Street (in 2018), will offer 112 rental luxury apartments for all ages, it will be located in the heart of Chinatown and only a few minutes walk to Lebreton Flat, LTR station, Little Italy and the parliament of Ottawa. The second, Merivale Road (in 2018/2019), consisting of 2 phases for a total count of 400 units, it will be a new retirement living complex.
