Hi, I'm Kathryn - founder of Kathryn Rose Consultancy. I offer specialist and expert consultancy services to the recruitment industry. With nearly two decades of experience, I am ideally positioned to support the expansion and growth of your organisation. I am a Fellowship member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and have completed the Certifcate and Diploma in Recruitment Practice. My 18-year tenure at Acacium Group led to the creation of several highly successful niches, including an innovative digital mental health service that's now a market leader. I oversaw two large staffing divisions as Managing Director, generating an annual turnover of £52m and £23m respectively. I undertook various specialist projects aimed at sustaining profitability and improving productivity, including 6 months in Cape Town to offshore various teams. I'm dedicated to professional and personal growth, having successfully coached and mentored consultants into leadership positions. I lead with intention, embodying professionalism, integrity, and passion for my work, and I value open, transparent communication.
