About Katie Den Ouden

Katie (yes, I’m now talking in the 3rd person because, hello, I’m a professional) is the Food&Soul expert. Teaching smart, driven and insightful women to feed their bodies and their lives so they can live in a body they love, create the life they were meant to and ooze contagious joy. She intuitively identifies what’s working, and what’s keeping women stuck and weighed down… ultimately unleashing empowered, confident, happy women who are in love with life. She is a graduate of the Institute for Integrated Nutrition and is a Certified Holistic Health Coach (CHHC), accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). She holds an MA in Educational Psychology from the University of Colorado and a BA in Psychology from Hope College – of which both programs have allowed her to work with, coach, teach and host numerous individuals and groups. Katie is a published writer, university guest speaker, and conducts workshops, classes, and programs for corporations, small business, and individuals. But enough about me. Seriously.
