About Katz Vendor Advocates
Katz Vendor Advocates was born from a specific need; people selling a house have never had an independent advisor or a trustworthy confidant to guide them through the rollercoaster process of selling a home. Now that’s all changed. Everyone involved in the sales process has their own agenda, so we act as that independent advisor, from selecting the right sales agent to helping negotiate the final sale price and everything in between. The property and financial markets are currently volatile, and a wrong decision could cost a seller hundreds of thousands of dollars. There has never been a better time to seek independent advice. How do we work? Firstly, there is no cost to the seller as the successful agent pays us a standard referral fee on completion and settlement of the sale. Our service begins with selecting the best sales agents in the area and recommending which agents to interview. Three agents are generally selected in conjunction with the seller. Both the seller and someone from our team attend the interviews. Once the client has chosen the right agent for the job (with our advice), we negotiate the commission, marketing costs and favourable agency agreement terms and conditions on the seller's behalf. From there, we stay by your side, assisting with every aspect of the sale process ensuring that you get the best possible outcome and are fully informed throughout the sales campaign and have as much relevant information available to make informed decisions. . Mortgage Brokers, Divorce Lawyers and other professionals will often refer people to us as a value-added service to their clients about to embark on a property-selling journey. Especially anyone overwhelmed at the prospect of dealing with agents and who isn’t convinced they’ll get the best outcome by going it alone.
