Founded by Irvin and Carol Kaufman in 1963, Kaufman Products entered the concrete treatments marketplace with an idea that remains to this day a constant. Manufacture high quality materials, with competitive pricing, and above all else provide the type of customer service that demonstrates a continued commitment to our business partners. Now, fifty years later and in its second generation, Kaufman Products sets themselves apart by continuing to deliver on that original ideal. Kaufman Products first captured national attention in the early 1970s for their emulsion or water-based chemistry for curing compounds. Among the very first companies to introduce this chemistry, Kaufman Products gained immediate recognition for producing the only freeze-stable products – a distinction that they continue to have to this day. This obvious advantage helped to spearhead our entry into the heavy highway industry. Today, our highway curing compounds are nationally tested, and approved for use throughout the United States. Throughout the 1970s and 1980s, Kaufman Products began formulating their own line of epoxy resin systems, including blending their own hardening systems. This furthered our entry into the heavy highway industry, but also led to the development of products specific to those needs for industrial maintenance and commercial concrete restoration. Over the course of the past thirty years, Kaufman Products has expanded their national presence through the opening of branch offices and warehouses throughout the United States. In addition, our commitment to setting the standard remains intact. In 2015, after more than three years of research, Kaufman Products introduced their newest line of concrete repair mortars. The FT line features significantly lower shrinkage, resistance to deicing salts, and freeze-thaw durability. These advancements help to set Kaufman Products apart from the competition, and these products are now nationally tested and approved.
