KBC is a specialist in travel and tourism public relations, marketing and sales representation. Established for more than 20 years, we offer retainer and project services to a range of clients within the travel industry, from hotels to airlines, destinations to tour operators. We have particular expertise in the North America market, with current clients in Canada and throughout the USA. We currently represent more US states than any other company, including Explore Georgia, The Great American West, Utah Office of Tourism, Virginia Tourism Corporation and the Florida Keys & Key West. Our Canada presence is through clients Destination British Columbia, appointed in October 2015 and Travel Alberta, appointed April 2016. We have a team of highly qualified, experienced and passionate people offering services ranging from public relations to brand consultancy, marketing consultancy and sales representation. Our Chairwoman, Kate Burgess-Craddy, is a past Chair of the highly respected Visit USA Association, which represents the interests of 200 member organisations promoting travel to and within the USA out of the UK market. The company has won a variety of awards in recent years, including three for Strategic PR Campaigns from the Travel Marketing Awards, and Best Small Business at the local chamber of commerce business awards.
