What is this all about? My brother and I have always imagined owning, operating, and opening a restaurant together. Our idea was simply, I’d run FOH and he’d navigate BOH. He went to culinary school at CIA in Poughkeepsie, NY, and has been murdering the chef game ever since. I defined my chosen path in (3) tranches: 1.
