About KCLevate
KCLevate is a longitudinal project targeting Year 12 students from the London boroughs of Tower Hamlets and Newham, wishing to pursue careers in Medicine, Dentistry or Law. KCLevate has three overarching aims: 1. To increase participation and university admission in three of the most competitive degrees 2. To increase awareness and involvement of the process to their families to create a more supportive environment from home 3. To provide academic insight into the course that they can reflect on and use to affirm their career choice. The programme currently consists of; A Weekend Programme, Mentoring scheme, Community event, and additional support for entry exams and interview practice.
