Kd Design specialises in individual homes, house extensions and alterations for private clients in and around the beautiful county of Oxfordshire. Typically our projects involve extending or remodelling existing homes but we’ve also designed and completed a number of new build homes, listed buildings and traditional and modern barn conversions. We offer a customised architectural service from organising the pre-build process only: feasibility, sketch designs & obtaining the necessary consents and approvals, right through to a full Architectural service including preparing highly detailed architectural plans for accurate pricing from building contractors. We often go on to fully manage the construction phase right through to completion and making good defects ensuring a smooth and orderly project from start to finish.
