About KDK Cares

We have been operating in the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Newcastle areas for over 8 years providing quality staff to home care providers. Whether it be covering for staff sickness and holidays or regular staffing so you can take on new clients, our team of over 30 experienced AIN’s, cleaning and support staff, handymen and gardeners are here to help. All our staff are paid as per the current SCHADS award and have been formally interviewed and vetted, all have current police and vaccination certificates and where needed, qualification certificates. We are happy to supply you with our certificates of currency for workers comp, public liability and professional indemnity. We have built up a system to enable us to schedule our workforce quickly and efficiently while also making sure that all home care requirements are maintained and kept up to date. Our system also efficiently handles invoicing per service and a welfare check report is completed at the end of every service. At any time, you can log into our system to see what workers are scheduled for your clients, previous invoices for services and welfare check reports. Some of the services we offer. · Domestic assistance- cleaning, general help around the house. · Social support- lunch / cuppa, drive, social interaction. · Shopping- grocery shopping, errands. · Transport- doctor, appointments etc. · Meal prep / assist- help prepare multiple meals or encourage client to eat their meal. · Respite- stay with the client while the partner has a break. · Personal care (AIN and above)- showering, dressing etc. · Gardening, lawns and hedging · General handyman- maintenance and repairs, installation of disability aids We have steadfastly decided that the niche for our business is supporting the current home care providers to enhance and strengthen their service offerings and not compete with them, so if you are in need of emergency staff, don’t go to your competitors, talk to us.
