Hi, we’re Keco Energy👋 We’re a retrofit installer, providing energy-saving measures to homeowners and tenants in the North-West of England. Our story Whilst working in the social housing sector, we saw how projects were quickly shifting towards retrofitting/decarbonisation. We noticed a shortage of smaller subcontractors who could deliver retrofit works. That’s why we founded Keco Energy: to offer a turnkey service to larger contractors and social housing organisations, helping them deliver retrofit works from beginning to end. We offer these companies a hassle-free service, relieving pressures around delivery by taking projects from beginning to end, whether they be large or small. We focus on delivering measures covered by Government grants, including: → ECO4 → GBIS → Warm Homes, Social Housing Fund (WH:SHF) Some of the services we offer under this are: → Air source heat pumps → Boiler replacements → First-time central heating → Heating controls → Insulation → Solar panels Why Us? We have a combined 25+ years of experience working in social housing and private sectors in the construction industry.
