Kedro Search was founded in 2019 with one goal in mind; to become the construction industries most reliable recruitment partner. We are a small boutique agency based in Central London. Unlike large agencies, Kedro Search can offer that personal touch you have been looking for. We are focused strongly on the delivery of 5 star candidates in the Building Services sector. We cover all white collar operational and commercial roles from Supervisor, right up to Director level. We also provide gold card electricians and qualified pipefitters, plumbers, welders & sprinkler fitters as standard industry rates. We have a database of over 25000 candidates all within the M&E sector, both WC & BC. It is not enough to solely rely on a good CV, which is why Kedro Search see every candidate and vet them before sending them to an interview. Our reputation is built up from operating with the highest of integrity which is why the candidates we aim to place are not looking a job, they are looking for a career. Because of our experience in building services, we know how to vet our candidates to shortlist the right people for the right job. Our project experience spans from small domestic residential sites right up to 1000's of flats, both budget and high end. We also have lots of knowledge in the Commercial/Industrial sector. We have worked on a variety of projects, ranging in M&E values from £50K right up to £50M. We aren't a standard agency who rely on job boards and job posts in order to get candidates. From the beginning we train our consultants to use special headhunting techniques that have been perfected over a number of years.
