About KeepHer Australia
KeepHer Australia was launched in 2023 with one goal in mind, to bring elite quality goalkeeping equipment to the female keepers of Australia and New Zealand. Mel Maizels was the first Australian Goalkeeper that parent company KeepHer ever sponsored, and she has worn the gloves now for over 6 years in the women's A-League representing Perth Glory, Canberra United and Melbourne Victory. While watching a Canberra United home game, Helen spotted Mel in the gloves and after Mel gifted her daughter a pair, she knew she wanted to get involved in bringing KeepHer to Australia. In 2019 Helen established Even Playing Field, proudly pioneering the production of female specific sports apparel and making female specific sports equipment more accessible to females all over Australia, which included KeepHer gloves. The story comes full circle in 2023 when Helen and Mel join forces to officially launch KeepHer Australia. Committed to driving female participation in football and passionate about making advancements in the game we haven't seen before, KeepHer AU aims to be the premiere glove provider to the elite female goalkeepers of the A-League and National teams. To be the best, and to inspire the next generation.. We're changing the game.
