About Kehillah Fund
Kehillah Fund provides the community Jewish day schools with ongoing support that they can count on. Our monthly disbursement to the day schools allows for extra enrichment programs and quality education, helps keep tuition more affordable, retains talented teachers, and allows for smaller classroom sizes. A quality Jewish education builds the children of today into competent leaders of tomorrow while instilling a sense of Jewish identity and promoting Jewish continuity. The mission of the Kehillah Jewish Education Fund is to unite Chicago’s Jewish community in funding local ATT Jewish day schools, thereby guaranteeing Jewish continuity. We believe that a rich educational background prepares our children to contribute to the community and successfully interface with the larger society. Our schools are critical to generating vibrancy in communal Jewish life and to ensure that our Jewish community continues to thrive. The Kehillah Jewish Education Fund is a tax-exempt nonprofit 501(c)(3) charity registered with the Internal Revenue Service. Our Employer Identification Number (EIN) is 26-3948613. All donations are 100% tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
