Kelcas, founded in 1988, explores oil & gas in Western Kentucky and Southern Indiana on both sides of the Ohio River. Kelcas offer private investors transparent and direct ownership in local oil wells in Kentucky and Illinois USA, producing sustainable monthly cash flow over a span of 15+ years and a recoupment of the investment within 4 years. We believe this form of direct ownership is a much more effective and transparent way of investing compared to buying shares in the oil giants (e.g Shell or ExxonMobil) or compared to complex and opaque oil investment derivatives. The oil from our wells is locally produced, locally refined and locally consumed by end consumers in the midwest and the southeast region of USA. The oil is bought and refined by CountryMark, a U.S. farmer owned integrated cooperative that purchases, refines and retails the end product, literally 'fueling' the local economy while making the U.S less dependent on crude oil imports from middle eastern nations, and avoiding 'dirty' sea transports with oil tankers fueled with high sulfur bunker fuel. Henderson County in KY was the second biggest oil producing county in the US after Texas during mid 50:s. Kelcas has many important leases in this area. Estimated producible reserves are 15 - 20M BO (Barrels of Oil). Since 2018 Kelcas is also active in Illinois through its partner Campbell Energy, LLC., the No 1 oil producer in the Illinois Basin. Kelcas Corporation was founded in 1988 by its previous owner. Kelcas was purchased in September of 2000 by Wilhelm Lilliehook (WL) from Stockholm, Sweden. A US and Swedish citizen. WL has been involved with oil & gas since 1995 in Kentucky, Indiana and Illinois.
