Kelson has been in business for over 80 years. We design, fabricate, install, and maintain the mechanical infrastructure that allows complex buildings and facilities to perform as planned. We are acknowledged as high-capability leaders in the mechanical contracting industry, and we have worked on several of the largest projects in Ontario. At Kelson we understand the importance of a team approach to the ultimate success of any project, and this is why we strive to build real commitment among all stakeholders as well as clear and open lines of communication. We select the best subcontractors whose work complements our own so that all mechanical systems are designed and installed to the highest standards. Our integrated team approach spans all aspects of a project, from initial design, through construction, to project turnover and maintenance. Our goal is to manage projects on schedule, within budget, and with technical excellence. We do this by providing the most professional approach to design and construction in the mechanical industry, along with thorough coordination of and assistance to all parties involved in facility maintenance. We use the most advanced 2D, 3D, and BIM drawing software to create models for fabrication drawings; underground, sleeving, coordination drawings; and mechanical room models. We have successfully integrated our 3D modeling coordination processes on many demanding projects, including: New Toronto Courthouse, Ripley’s Aquarium, New Oakville Hospital, and two Pan Am Pool projects (Markham and Etobicoke).
