About Kendall County Fair Association

Kendall County Fair Association, Inc. is the official sponsor and governing board of the Kendall County Fair recognized by the Kendall County Board. The objectives of the corporation are: - to further the educational objectives of the 4-H program in agriculture and home economics - to improve and encourage the breeding of fine stock and poultry - to stimulate the study of arts and sciences - to hold and give an annual fair where the products of the same may be exhibited The Kendall County Fair always ends on the 1st Sunday in August and begins on the Thursday before. Entry check-in for the Open Show and 4-H begins Wednesday. Above and beyond the fabulous 4-H shows and exhibitions, the Fair usually includes carnival rides, a truck and tractor pull, live music, a demolition derby, and other action packed events. Additionally, the fair includes children's entertainment, a petting zoo, pony rides, talent and other competitions, commercial exhibits and more than great food! Combine all the above with the great people that attend the fair and you have all the makings for a truly traditional country fair. The success and growth of the Kendall County Fair can only continue through the committment and support of individuals and businesses.
