About Kennesaw State University Norman J. Radow College of Humanities and Social Sciences
The Norman J. Radow College of Humanities & Social Sciences (RCHSS) is the largest College at Kennesaw State University, serving a diverse body of students in over 80 programs of study, as well as supporting General Education. RCHSS offers undergraduate, graduate, & doctoral degree programs, as well as additional certificates & minors. We are also home to a few specialized institutes and centers, including the Radow Institute for Social Equity (RISE), Center for Sustainable Journalism, Civil War Center, & Undergraduate Advising Center. With 500 full-time faculty & staff, we work hard to achieve our mission: To prepare students with a Liberal Arts education that empowers them to understand the human condition, to meet the challenges of the 21st century, & to become contributing citizens in a global society. Our faculty are consistently recognized at the College, University, & beyond for excellence in teaching, research, & professional service. Our faculty, staff, & students are encouraged to “meet the challenge” by engaging in traditional & interdisciplinary work across the College & in our community.
