Kensa Consulting offers a specialist service in the design, build and implementation of financial models and management information tools. We provide bespoke, customer-focused solutions using a combination of financial, IT and consulting skills, working with senior leadership teams to solve complex commercial issues. We build financial models to support business decision making. Every financial model is different, so we consult with our clients to understand their business and what they need. We work with them to develop the best solution and deliver an end product that is easy to use and fit for purpose. Together with our expertise in financial modelling, we also build management information tools. These tools dovetail with your systems and your data to provide insight and assist with managing your business. Although these tools can be built for a range of purposes, ultimately they boil down to doing things better, quicker, with fewer resources and for greater profit. Kensa Consulting Ltd was incorporated by Adrian Eddy to offer his financial modelling skills on an independent basis, without clients having to incur the overheads associated with larger, specialist financial modelling consultancies. Kensa Consulting also utilises a select network of highly-skilled Associates. We can provide the financial modelling impetus to drive your project forward in a timely manner and with a cost-effective solution. We are a small, specialised company consisting only of skilled people that directly provide our Services.
