Kent Metal Products Ltd. is a Canadian owned manufacturing company, strategically located in Vancouver, B.C. Established in 1959, the company is named for its original location on East Kent Avenue in Vancouver. Close to the airport and all major highways servicing the Pacific Northwest, our large outside yard affords easy access for large trucks and cranes. Our 17,000 square foot factory in Vancouver is well-equipped for the custom fabrication of high quality, built-to-order parts and products. One of the most versatile tools in the Kent Metal Products factory is our amazing 2kw Durma Fiber laser. Able to cut 5′ x 10′ sheets up to 1/2″ thick, laser cutting is able to cut complex shapes with exacting precision. Faster than traditional machining, and more accurate than water-jet cutting. Our laser (in fact all modern machining equipment) employs digital controllers that require the part first be drawn as a .DXF file using software like AutoCad or MasterCam. Kent maintains a robust inventory of metal gauges and finishes. Stainless, hot or cold rolled, P&O and more are kept on hand to speed delivery. The Kent workforce has been working together for decades. Our most-skilled brake press operator, has been with us since 1977! Fully equipped for mass production, our factory can expertly supply high-quality product for even the largest of jobs. Kent is a Canadian Welding Bureau certified welding facility.
