Kentigo is a SAAS designed for architects, property developers and other professionals involved in the design phases of all types of construction and renovation projects. Kentigo is a tool capable of producing estimates for all these projects, as well as written and contractual technical documents, quantifying the volume of waste generated by the project (demolition and construction phases), determining the works schedule and finally determining the project life cycle analysis (carbon consumption). Our vision is to provide the construction industry with the tools it needs to enter the 21st century and the age of technology. We have found that the tools used to date are totally inadequate for current and future needs. As our slogan says, "Concrete and CAD have made history, Kentigo believes in the future", we want to position ourselves as a time optimisation and precision tool for these players, enabling them to think about optimising their projects rather than spending hours writing technical documents. The cost of the monthly subscription will be €469.00 excluding VAT per person, and the number of projects you can edit or modify each month is unlimited. The process of answering the question and producing a complete file (Estimates, FMPD, TAC, Works Description) takes around 15/20 minutes. The documents are generated in a few seconds at the end of the questionnaire linked to the type of project selected.
