We develop and manufacture the Kermetico HVAF and HVOF thermal spray system that's designed for deposition of high-quality coatings of metallic alloys, cemented carbides, and other composite powders. Our High Velocity Air Fuel and High Velocity Oxy Fuel equipment achieve excellent coating quality and process efficiency by accurately regulating spray particle temperature near it's melting point and by accelerating spray particles to extremely high velocity. We produce the range of spray guns designated for different kinds of jobs: AK7 for the largest surfaces, AK6 for smaller ones, AK5 for thin walls and complex surfaces, AK-ID for internal diameters, manual AK-HH for hand-held coating, Convertible HVOF & HVAF system, SL for low melting point materials and Sti for Titanium. Our guns spray rate up to 550 gram/minute allows completing job much faster than conventional HVOF equipment, with less cost and higher quality.
