Marie and Charlie Kenton are Co-Owners of Ketmar Development Corporation, which was founded in 1988 with the desire to build homes with extraordinary quality as unique as their clients. Marie Kenton is the Planner, whose imaginative eye and love of design helps each of our clients bring their vision to life. Charlie Kenton is the Quality Controller for Ketmar. The driving force behind our impeccably high standards, Charlie works extensively with the trades to ensure the consistent quality and reliable scheduling that have upheld our reputation for over twenty eight years. Together they have a built a business that prides itself on putting the client first and seeking a consistent goal of 100% customer satisfaction. Both Marie and Charlie are members of the National Association of Homebuilders, as well as the New York State Builders Association, and the local Rochester Home Builders Association. We welcome all inquiries for custom design-builds and renovations for our building lots and owner sites as well. We specialize in lake home new construction, renovations, remodeling and raze and rebuild, on Canandaigua Lake.
