About KEYS
KEYS also known as Kwinana Early Years Services has been strengthening families and the community since 1993. KEYS is a not-for-profit organisation that provides free support services to children, young people, parents, carers, and grandparents living in the City of Kwinana and Baldivis. KEYS mission is to promote a better quality of life for families living in the Kwinana area through the provision of an integrated range of services that will assist parents, carers, children, and young people to feel empowered to achieve positive life outcomes. Ours service include: Counselling Services Nurturing and parenting Program for Youth (NAPPY) – NAPPY is a parenting support group for young parents and their children) Outreach Family Support Services Parenting Support Programs such as Baby Makes 3, Parent as Teachers, Circle of Security, Being a Parent and Baby and Us Playgroups Workshops such as 1-2-3 Magic & Emotion Coaching, Engaging Adolescents, Children’s Emotional Well-being Series, Protective Behaviours, Sensory Kids, Safe Play, Community Mothers Program and Take a Stand on Bullying. The Village (The Village is peer support group which is facilitated and supported by a KEYS staff member) KEYS is committed to working in partnership with children, young people, families, communities, government, and other not-for-profit organisations to develop innovative culturally safe services and programs that meet the needs of families in the local community and improve outcomes.
