Keystone Vastgoed is in 2003 opgericht door Caspar M.B. Diepenhorst en Ramon Hermans. Beiden hebben vanuit verschillende disciplines veel ervaring opgedaan met Commercieel Vastgoed. Later kwam Eelco van der Werf de gelederen versterken. Keystone Vastgoed is een overzichtelijke, slagvaardige organisatie. Door korte beslislijnen is Keystone Vastgoed in staat om binnen een strak tijdschema zowel zelfstandig als door middel van samenwerking projecten te realiseren, hetzij “tailor made” hetzij, na gedegen marktonderzoek, op risico. Keystone Vastgoed werkt zoveel mogelijk met vaste partners voor wat betreft makelaardij, financiering, realisatie en beheer. English: Keystone Real Estate was founded in 2003 by Caspar M.B. Diepenhorst and Ramon Hermans. Both have a lot of experience from different disciplines in the Real Estate industry. Later on Eelco van der Werf joined the ranks. By short communication lines Keystone Real Estate is able to work within a strict timetable to realize projects both independently and throughout cooperation with their partners. In the recent past, Keystone Real Estate accomplished several large and complicated projects, either tailor-made or after solid market research, at own risk. Through the years, Keystone Real Estate focussed on developments in various markets. These markets are: Offices, Housing, Retail and Logistics. Keystone Real Estate prefers to work as much as possible with regular partners regarding brokerage, financing, construction and management.
