An "Appealing" History of Growth Keystroke was founded in 1994 primarily as a local technical sales & services company. In 2004, Keystroke transitioned their business focus to database and web solutions that helped teams be more productive, accountable and organized, with Act! being the most recommended solution. Act! software consulting allowed us to leverage our networking experience to provide people access to their mission critical customer data from anywhere in the world. What's more, our decade's worth of experience in web hosting proved to be an effective springboard to our database hosting. This service allowed customers to take advantage of Act! without the need to invest heavily in the network infrastructure to support it. After only a few short years, Keystroke became the Act! Master Distributor for Canada and the exclusive Act! hosting provider for Canadians. Through many business acquisitions, hard work, and a clear vision, Keystroke became the #1 Act! Reseller in the world in 2015, with almost 30 Act! consultants employed or under our management, spread across three counties. Along the way we've also developed our own line of Act! products, simply known as the "Act4" product line, the focus on industry verticals such as real estate, wealth management, mortgage brokers, tech support, subscription management, and even the world's only integration between Act! and Hubspot. With our acquisition of Contactik in mid 2016, the Canadian French distributor for Act!, Keystroke can now offer services in both English and French, as well as boast between 2-3x the sales of nearest world wide competitor.
