Keywin Trading Ltd., was established in November 1979, in Hong Kong. It still serves as our Head Office. We chose Hong Kong as the center of our business operations, as at that time, this small country was emerging as the business hub for major companies worldwide. Although, this was our first business venture, we were sure that our vast experience in the field of Textiles, would lay the foundations for our very strong base of today. We started off with Trading & Indenting Cotton Yarn from Pakistan, for the Hong Kong market, due to the immense demand for this raw material, in an improving economical condition. This was the time when the major big league brands of today, were establishing themselves as suppliers of quality fabrics in the Hong Kong and Chinese markets. To date, Cotton Yarn remains our largest business segment. Within the next year of our existence we started sales of Greige Fabric & Raw Cotton as well. As the years passed, our vision of establishing Keywin Trading Ltd, as a multi-product player started coming into place. We had now established Pakistan’s largest sweater knitting facility, Crystal Knitters, in the city of Kotri, Hyderabad, Pakistan. This unit was initially a joint venture with a Chinese knitting company. Currently, this unit is a 100% Keywin Trading Ltd, owned entity. It mainly works on order basis, supplying high quality sweaters to our buyers in Europe. Next, we set our sights on starting a Textile Accessories unit in China. Cheung Wick Metal MFY (Huizhou) Ltd., was launched with the aim of launching ourselves as a collaborator for the Garments Business. This unit is fully equipped for churning out the best quality textile accessories, and already caters to huge and well known brands worldwide. Currently, apart from our Head Office, we have branches, in Karachi, Lahore, Guangzhou, Shanghai & Mumbai. Each office has highly qualified Sales and Sourcing Managers, as well as technical staff for goods inspections.
