The firm was established and is managed by Molefi Kgokong who holds B.luris and LLB degrees, as well as a Certificate in Advanced Labour Law. He has 17 years post admission experience in various areas of law, including employment law, environmental law, commercial law and mining law. He was a Senior Partner and Director at Kgokong Nameng Tumagole Attorneys Inc (KNT Attorneys) in charge of the Labour and Employment Law and Forensic Investigations. Before becoming part of KNT Attorneys he practiced on his own account under the name Molefi Kgokong Attorneys after leaving Anglo American where he was employed as a Senior Legal Advisor in the Labour and Environmental Law Unit. In his role as a Senior Legal Advisor he advised and represented Anglo American Group of companies in different dispute resolution forums. He also represented Anglo American in the Labour Law Committee of the Chamber of Mines, has a vast experience in advising on, drafting and registration of commercial, community and individual trusts. He has interest in traditional leadership and governance and has advised the Governance Office of the Royal Bafokeng Nation (RBN) on applicable legislation.
