We are Esther and Hameed, two colleagues and friends who are passionate about creating meaningful connections between people and communities. One tool we specialize in utilizing is the use of communal food experiences and Cultural Heritage in bringing people together. In our Consulting Work, Coaching and Capacity Building Workshops we utilize a wide range of methods and ensure that we assist you in crafting solutions that are aligned with your unique context and target group. Whether in English, German, or Arabic and with backgrounds spanning Development, Psychology, and Human rights we bring a unique lens to Social Cohesion, Dialogue, and Project Development. Our services cater to Civil Society Organizations, the Private Sector and Educational Institutions. Designing processes or events for Community Building is an art that requires careful consideration of various factors. In our work we take into consideration past conflicts, individual stories and triggers, racial and group hierarchies, and cultural gender dynamics. One particularly impactful tool in our arsenal is the communal experience of food, which we often utilize to enable Social Cohesion.
