About Khipu Coffee
Khipu Coffee is a family business with a mission to share the vibrant flavours of Peru. Operating from Lima, Peru, and Liverpool, UK, we specialise in sourcing exceptional coffee, building lasting relationships with coffee producers, and ensuring smooth logistics to connect Peruvian coffee with speciality roasters across the UK and Europe. Founded by two cousins and a childhood friend, our team combines expertise in coffee sourcing, agribusiness, and entrepreneurship. We focus our work with speciality coffee producers in Peru who have yet to export, won coffee awards, and/or work with organisations who are hyper focussed on a specific coffee growing town/district. Since 2024, we have started to use our export company in Peru to offer FOB to direct trade roasters and importers looking to add Peruvian coffee to their offerings.
