About Kickin' On C.I.C

We are a grassroots, volunteer led Mental Health, Addictions and Suicide prevention peer support group covering the Renfrewshire area. We offer several free sessions a week that allow people to come out and take part in activities including Bootcamps, Football Therapy, Cold Water Exposure, Music, Cookery and Art. The main aim of our group is to get people talking and ultimately prevent suicides. We are based in Linwood but cover Renfrewshire and surrounding areas. #WeAreKickinOn
