I have been recruiting Lawyers and Paralegals into Private Practice in Central London since 2004. I have worked for two Legal Recruitment agencies in that time, have been hugely successful and therefore understand the pressures and challenges the role has. I have a large network of colleagues through out the city all working in very different environments. I established Kidmore Recruitment to focus on assisting Consultants and Directors in the Legal Recruitment industry to find the right environment for them. I work with candidates who have been in Legal Recruitment for years; have been highly successful and focused on their clients and candidates but may not have a view of the options available for them in their market. I also work with candidates newer to this industry who want to understand the support available from agency to agency and what training there is and how they can grow in this market with their next move. I provide market information to compare to your current role and give you the knowledge to decide if there is another employer you could work with who may add more value. The internal environment from agency to agency differs hugely and everyone needs something different to thrive. Whether you want to progress through the ranks or to really establish yourself as a market leader and be the best consultant in your area, I can give you the over view to decide where you need to be to have the tools to do that.
