Kidney Specialists of Minnesota (KSM) was founded in 1978 for the purpose of providing services to patients with chronic kidney disease, hypertension, diabetic kidney disease, kidney transplants, end stage renal disease (ESRD) and other kidney related diseases. Our mission is to provide the highest quality and most advanced medical care available. We have multiple locations, twenty Nephrologists as well as five specialized Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to serve you. Our physicians are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
