About Kids Kitchen
Kids Kitchen is based on the experience that all children can contribute to the health of a family through some basic knowledge of food preparation. Mash, Mix & Make is the intention of taking the best of local produce and products, giving your children the right tools (hands are great) and getting them set up for success in the kitchen- with you, their caregiver and also the most important model in early childhood-- at their side. You'll create experiences with them that grow a life-long love and appreciation for health and wellness through cooking. At Kids Kitchen we'll give you the tools to maintain your sanity while engaging your young ones in feeding your family healthful meals.
