About Kids Miracle Steps

Kids Miracle Steps is a loving medical day care for children with special needs located in Broward County. We offer skilled nursing services for the medically fragile, medically complex, and technologically dependent pediatric population (from birth to 21 years of age). We also offer physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapy if medically necessary. In addition, our transportation services will pick up and drop-off the children as needed. We are open 12 hours per day, 6 days a week. We strive to provide the best care to the dependent pediatric population. Our Daytime Program is designed for children who lives at home, but who still need specialized care and rehabilitation. The continuum of services offered by Kids Miracle Steps is designed to minimize the need for re-hospitalization. It also provides an alternative health care choice for the families of children with special needs. This program is 40% to 50% less costly than home nursing care, which is beneficial when insurance benefits are limited or when the child needs optimal rehabilitation. Our Mission is to provide the highest quality medical care for medically fragile children while also providing rehabilitative therapies on site in order to improve the quality of life for all of our children. We strive to meet all goals each and every day.
