About Kids Rock For Kids
WHAT WE DO Produce pro-level live and live-stream rock benefit shows with world-class teen talent, and give the money raised to kids in dire need, at home and abroad. Our shows have featured over 50 teen bands from 6 continents. The musicians have a combined total of 2 million followers. WHY To inspire and enable the next generation of socially motivated and musically passionate youth to use their talents for the greater good by giving back, both locally and globally. HOW By scouring the world for talent, and building a global community. Our 501(c)(3) distributes funds to kid-related, established nonprofits at home and abroad, including NY Coalition For The Homeless (summer camp), AFCECO in Afghanistan, UNICEF’s fight against Covid-19 and now, sending lifesaving supplies to children in war-torn Ukraine. KRFK has been featured in The New York Times, WNYC, NBC News, Fox News, 1010 Wins, NY1 and Blue Pacifico in Colombia. Locally, the shows have become a go-to scene for young people from all over NYC.
