About Kids Therapy Spot
Kids Therapy Spot was started by Melissa Davis, Karen Roberson and Michelle Miller in 2010 and is located in Starkville, MS. Our clinic consists of Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapists and each of our therapists have treated primarily children for many years. We treat children from birth to 18 years of age with a wide range of conditions including speech/language disorders, feeding issues, musculoskeletal and neurological impairments, congenital birth defects, global developmental delays, a variety of syndromes, etc. We use a play-based therapy approach to help each child progress toward his or her optimal level of function. We treat each child and family with respect, dignity and compassion. Therapy consists of skilled strategies and facilitation of age-appropriate activities, along with in-depth caregiver education aimed at teaching the caregiver to perform skills to be practiced at home on a daily basis. Each child is a joy to us, and we want them to achieve the very best they can in life!
