About Kids Up Front Vancouver

Kids Up Front is a national organization with individual branches in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Ottawa, Toronto, and Halifax. We distribute tickets, classes, passes and experiences to children, youth and families facing systemic barriers and promote social inclusion by transforming empty seats into unforgettable experiences. Our innovative programs offers tickets to arts, cultural, and sporting events to child-serving community agencies and organizations in Greater Vancouver & the Fraser Valley region. Our mandate is to distribute unused event tickets and other experiences to deserving children, youth and families, allowing them to participate in sports, arts, and cultural events they may otherwise not have the opportunity to attend. Since 2004, when Up Front Vancouver was founded, we have given local kids and families over 500,000 event tickets – from hockey and football games to concerts and plays – valued at over $18 million.
