About Kiernan Construction Limited
Established in 1970, Kiernan Construction Ltd has become a successful construction and civil engineering contractor, developing a wealth of expertise and a good reputation with a number of longstanding and valued clients. Based in Preston but operating both on a regional and national scale, Kiernan have undertaken major projects acting both as Principal Contractor and Sub-contractor. Through controlled growth, the group now has an annual turnover of circa £25 million. We successfully complete a wide range of construction based operations including; demolition and clearance work, groundworks, external works, drainage installation, car park construction, enabling works and all civil works. A large trained and experienced workforce, which is 100% compliant with the CSCS/ CPCS scheme, is directly employed by the company to carry out all in-house sections of work. In addition a database of approved sub-contractors and suppliers is maintained and reviewed to ensure all client requirements are met. All subcontractors are also required to be 100% CSCS and CPCS compliant. The company is committed to achieving the highest standards obtaining both Achilles accreditation in Building Confidence and UVDB Verify B. The Directors ensure all management systems regarding quality, health and safety and environment exceed the requirements of industry best practice.
