About Killarney Brewing & Distilling
Killarney Brewing & Distilling Co. is home to Ireland’s largest independently owned and co-located brewery, distillery and visitor center. We have been producing great tasting quality beers since 2015 in our original micro-brewery on Muckross Road and recently launched the next chapter of our journey with a custom built 62,000 sq ft campus. Beautifully located on the picturesque Ring of Kerry on The Wild Atlantic Way, it overlooks the MacGillycuddy Reeks and the famous Lakes of Killarney. The building structure and interiors are the product of master craft men and women. Patrons can see our brewers and distillers hard at work, enjoy dinner watching the night fall on Ireland’s highest peaks or sip a cocktail taking in the tranquility of the Lakes of Killarney. Part of our team culture is an unyielding commitment to excellence in everything we do. With a passion for innovation, our uniqueness is our Master Brewer and Master Distiller working together to create award winning beers and premium spirits. At Killarney, we take inspiration from the local monks who compiled The Annals of Innisfallen in 1092, capturing the story of progress through time and history in Ireland. Our collective belief is that life tastes better when lived a little bolder. We admire and respect those that have gone before us in this storied land. Our way of living sent us out on a journey of adventure. It brought a bunch of Kerry lads together in Chicago, return to their roots and set up a business that connects with the land, and the people and builds a community that will hopefully be a contributing story for the next generation. Along with core product making, Killarney Brewing & Distilling Co. is home to an engaging visitor experience, restaurant, bar, tasting rooms, rooftop bar and gala event spaces.
