We provide two different opportunities that bring together a positive and successful wealth growth strategy. 1. INVEST WITH KILMORIE PROPERTY We curate a pipeline of properties below market value and seek out partners looking to earn a high rate of return from their development. We use private funds from individuals and business who have ‘spare’ capital. Instead of leaving it in a low interest savings account or the currently volatile stock market they can invest in us for a guaranteed return. Your capital is held for an agreed 12, 24 or 36 month period as per individually agreed timescales. Interest is paid quarterly and then the final balance is repaid on the relevant anniversary of your start date, with the agreed return. The rate of return on your sum invested is agreed between the parties. Agreements typically offer a high rate of return between 8% and 15% per annum. 2. USE KILMORIE PROPERTY TO SOURCE AN INVESTMENT PROPERTY FOR YOU. We can share the same pipeline of below market value properties with you to find exactly what you need be it a property to renovate and flip for a profit or you are looking to start a rental portfolio that you can enjoy a passive income from.
