Kim Owen Consulting For 25 years I’ve worked as a expert within quantity surveying, commercial management, and contract management in collaboration with clients, contractors, and third parties throughout Australia, the United Arab Emirates, and South Africa. One of the projects I’m most proud of included working as a senior quantity surveyor on the expansion of Dubai International Airport to construct terminal three and concourse two. My industry experience is diverse and covers projects for airports, commercial buildings, energy, marine, hospitals and healthcare, mining and resources, roads and bridges, pipelines and structural steel, and residential construction.
