Instead of a clinical environment for counselling and therapy, we get moving. This is our innovative way of making therapy more appealing and well-received. Therapy sessions are a little more inconspicuous when you can go to the gym or basketball court to shoot some hoops with our qualified counsellors or psychologists. These three types of mental illnesses often occur together in one person. 54% of people with mental illness do not access any treatment Every day, at least six Australians die from suicide and a further thirty people will attempt to take their own life. Unfortunately, suicide is the leading cause of death for Australians aged 25-44 and the second leading cause of death for our young people aged 15-24. By having therapy offered in a non-conventional way we aim to reduce these statistics and reach people who may have previously rejected the idea of getting mental health support before based on its clinical delivery.
