Kincaid Industries Inc. can find its beginning in the Coachella Valley in the year 1995, when R. Scott Kincaid decided to open the doors to Kincaid Plumbing Company. Over the next couple of years the business grew and what was once only Scott and his Ford work truck, was now a team of plumbers working on job sites around Southern California. That is why in 1997, Kincaid Plumbing Company incorporated, and named Scott Kincaid as President. Some years later the company had grown even more, and wished to expand from just plumbing to fire sprinkler fitting and service as well, this expansion is what lead to the changing of the company name in 2005, Kincaid Plumbing Company would now be known as Kincaid Industries Inc. Kincaid Industries Inc. still holds true to the same values, and work ethic that Scott Kincaid did when he first opened his one man company all those years ago. This work ethic is what has lead to the companies every growing success. In 2016, Kincaid Industries Inc. joined the United Association of Union Plumbers, Pipefitters, Sprinklerfitters, and Service Techs, in hopes to continue the growth and expansion of work territory with the help of Union workers. Currently Kincaid employs 100-120 employees depending on the workload.The combined years of experience in the construction industry in the corporate office is in excess of 150 years, with many of the Project Managers, field foreman and journeyman having more than twenty years in the plumbing industry. Kincaid Industries projects include institution, military, schools, prisons and heavy/light commercial building in Southern California. And in 2020, Kincaid Industries Inc. celebrated 25 years of being in business.
