About Kindfulness
"Kindfulness" is a blend word of kindness and mindfulness. As a community-driven nonprofit based in Columbus, Ohio, USA, Kindfulness focuses on five core populations who have experienced unhousing, trafficking, reentry, sexuality/gender-related stressors, and military veteranship. Providing access to tangible & intangible resources vital to the main missions (e.g., health, safety, job, housing, etc.) that are limited to no availability by conventional resource agencies such as bicycles, tents, large duffle bags, solar power banks, make-up kits, mobile device protections, consumer digital services, etc. 4. Establishing & coordinating a community-driven service-research-policy network to validate, optimize, & monitor the effectiveness, accountability, and sustainability of evidence-based programs & policies 5. Providing mind-body interventions such as mindfulness-based stress reduction and mindfulness-oriented relapse enhancement. 6.
