TRAINING AND OPERATIONAL SUPPORT Kinetic Concepts, an 8(a) and SDVOSB, delivers industry leading training and operational support throughout the spectrum of operations for our military, federal, and law enforcement customers. We support a broad array of Department of Defense (DoD) contracts, both as a prime and subcontractor. MISSION FOCUSED Whether we are instructing in the classroom or providing training and support in the field, we maintain a focus on our customers’ mission and an eye on emerging capabilities and threats. GROWING CAPABILITIES Founded in 2018, our commitment to our customers has never been stronger. We remain grounded in our core competencies while understanding the need to remain agile with a growing list of capabilities and services. Effects Based- We understand the current operations SOF forces are required to execute. All mission support and training curriculum are based around the desired effects and backwards planned from that lens. Mission Relevant - Our cadre of staff and independent contractors have recent and relevant operational experience. Our staff have deployed and executed missions in which we train operators and operatives. They can speak intelligently about current mission sets required by operators today, not what they were 10 yrs ago. Quality Minded - When tasked by our customers to provide either mission support or training; we ensure only the highest quality personnel or instructors are slated against customer requirements. We will not cut cost, and use “Admin Injects” which in turn could build training scars. Real World Grounded - Nothing can replace experience, especially in the SOF realm of work. We strive to keep on the cutting edge of operations through our extensive network within the SOF community and cater solutions to those trends and requirements.
