Kinetic Therapy provides FAST - EFFECTIVE - SOLUTION - BASED - THERAPY We work with most issues and have extensive experience with working with the following: PTSD, Stress Management /Anxiety Management /Panic Disorder Management, Self Confidence/Self Esteem, Fears/Phobias/OCD, Weight Management/Eating Disorders, Solution Focused Therapy, (EMDR) Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, Critical Incident Debriefing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) & Mindfulness But this is just a very small selection of what we can help you with. We offer a complimentary initial consultation via Telephone or Skype. Which is then followed up by an assessment consultation in one of my therapy rooms. This assessment consultation is an opportunity for us to meet face-to-face and for us to agree the best treatment plan, or programme for you as an individual. This consultation can be for up to 60 minutes and it gives you the opportunity to ask me any questions about the therapies we use and also for you to decide if we are the therapists that you wish to work with. It is important that you feel comfortable with any therapist you decide to work with but also that you feel confident that the therapist you choose has the right skills for you to achieve the best possible outcome. In some cases dependant on the issue it may be possible to include a therapeutic session at this assessment. If we think you might be suitable then I would discuss this at the initial telephone consultation.
