I started King County Septic after 25 years as a General Contractor. In my experience over the years, I noticed a frequent lack of professionalism and customer service in the industry, particularly among the smaller septic companies. With my background in construction, and my wife's customer service skills, we realized there was not only a great business opportunity, also a chance to serve our local community. There are few things worse for a homeowner than to have their septic system back up, and poop literally coming up through kitchen sink and bathtub. This is obviously an emergency, and too often it's too hard to get somebody who cares to answer the phone and send somebody out as quickly as possible, even if that means referring it out to another septic company in our trusted network. Our goal is to solve your septic problems as quickly as we can, on the same day if possible, and with complete professionalism and dedication to service.
